Scope of work
Comprehensive implementation of a mechanical ventilation, smoke venting and aerating system in respect of S&C.
Proximo I is an office building located in the immediate vicinity of the Daszyński Roundabout. This modern 13-story office building has a total area of 28,385 m², including 2,000 m² of commercial and service space and a 3-level underground car park with 435 parking spaces. Proximo I is a great example of a conceptual building which has been designed taking into consideration environmental concerns. The office building received the BREEAM Very Good certificate.
Our tasks included:
– Installation of air handling units manufactured by Frapol,
– Installation of an aerating and smoke venting system based on BSH products,
– Installation of a smoke venting system based on single-zone PD dusts – approx. 3,000 m²,
– Installation of a mechanical ventilation system with ducts and fittings made of galvanized metal sheet manufactured by Frapol – approx. 11,000 m²,
– Installation of all necessary accessories manufactured by Trox/Frapol.
