Scope of work
Comprehensive implementation of a mechanical ventilation system for a laboratory facility.
The building, with an area of over 4,000 m², has seven highly specialized laboratories, including the Nanomaterial Structural Research Laboratory, the Personalized Medicine Laboratory, the Biosensor and Organic Electronics Laboratory, the Product Authentication Laboratory, the Biotechnology Laboratory and the Molecular Simulations Laboratory. In the facility, there was installed a unique device on a global scale – Analyzer of Real Complex Systems (more information is available here http://technopark.lodz.pl/news/77).
Our tasks included:
– Installation of nine air handling units, air supply and exhaust units, including a special clean room
– Installation of 7,000 m² of ducts and fittings, including chemically resistant ones
– Comprehensive installation of clean room systems,
– Implementation of a laboratory system for adjusting the amount of air in a fume cupboard window,
– Implementation of a ventilation system for the Analyzer of Real Complex Systems (ARUZ) rooms,
