Scope of work

Generation Park is a class A office complex consisting of 3 buildings, which will offer approx. 85,000 m² of modern usable floor space, of which building C will provide 20,000 m². The facility will also provide nearly 600 parking spaces to be used only by tenants. The facility will receive the LEED Platinum certificate.
The Generation Park project is the largest for Skanska Property Poland in Central and Eastern Europe.
The main aim of the project developed by the reputable architectural studio JEMS Architects is to create a new meeting place, tailored to the needs of different generations to be arranged in the green passage between the three buildings and around the project site.

Our tasks included:

– Installation of air handling units manufactured by Swegon,
– Installation of a smoke venting system based on PD ducts and fans manufactured by BSH,
– Installation of an aerating system based on BSH devices,
– Installation of a mechanical ventilation system with ducts and fittings made of galvanized steel sheet manufactured by Irmark, about 12,000 m²,
– Installation of accessories manufactured by Trox.

All the work is carried out according to high health and safety standards. Therefore, the team working at the construction site of Generation Park was awarded the first “Build safely” prize. All the works are conducted in a way that allows to obtain the LEED Platinum certificate.
